Overall it was a
very enjoyable day being surrounded by such kind and loving people. I'm
very thankful to have this wonderful opportunity to be apart of God's amazing
work that He's doing in this place.
On Monday morning we
are off on a school field trip with the seniors. It is an eight hour bus
ride into north Karnataka which we will spend two days looking at different
historical sites.
There has been a
police curfew in the town of Hunsur over the last two days because of fighting
between Hindu and Muslims. Raju says it is the worst it has been in the
last ten years as there are over 3,000 police all through the town trying to
control the crowds of people. It makes buying any supplies very difficult
but I'm sure we'll manage.
